Here\u2019s what your <a href=\"https:\/\/nuawoman.com\/period-care-intimate-hygiene-products?utm_source=Blog&amp;utm_medium=All&amp;utm_campaign=NuaBlogRedirection_Article_46\">period pack<\/a> should comprise of:<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p><strong>(i) Sanitary Pads\/Tampons:\u00a0<\/strong>Ensure you\u2019re carrying enough number of sanitary pads\/tampons and make sure you keep a few in your hand bag for easier access.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p><strong>(ii) Painkillers:\u00a0<\/strong>Stock up on your doctor-approved painkillers so that when the cramps hit you, you don\u2019t have to go looking for pharmacies in unfamiliar areas while travelling on your period and risk the possibility of not finding the exact medication.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p><strong>(iii) Heating patch\/belt:<\/strong> A battery operated heating patch or belt is a gift if you have to deal with insufferable period cramps while travelling on your period. Carrying some extra essentials is not only convenient but also important to period hygiene. Here are some extra supplies you should be mindful of:<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p><b>(i) Carry extra bath, linen &amp; inner-wear:<\/b> If you\u2019re traveling to a place where there will be limited supply of bath and linen, then ensure you\u2019re carrying extra towels, napkins, panties, bed-sheets, etc. This will keep your mind at ease if you\u2019re worried about staining.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p><strong>(ii) Carry detergent:<\/strong>\u00a0It is hygienic to carry detergent with you during such times so that you can regularly clean your belongings and not carrying back home stained clothing.
