In our blog, we offer information that is either researched and written by an expert or a personal story experienced and shared by women like us. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\"><p>It is a blog that talks to you and is for you.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p>And to make sure that our thoughts coexist with your,  we renamed our blog to <strong><span style=\"color:#f18070\" class=\"has-inline-color\">InSync<\/span><\/strong>.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-so-what-does-insync-mean\">So what does <span style=\"color:#f18070\" class=\"has-inline-color\">InSync<\/span> mean?<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p>We all want to find out more about our body, our health, and our cycles.
