Ugh! According to my tracker, it\u2019s coming on Friday.<br><br><strong>Thursday 11 AM: <\/strong>Oh hello, pimple. I was expecting you to show up and RUIN MY LIFE!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:15px\"><strong>Friday 2 PM: <\/strong>I\u2019m going to get it any minute now. Should I plan ahead and order dessert for tonight? I deserve it because I\u2019m getting my period <em>and<\/em> it\u2019s Friday night. Right? Or should I order spicy noodles?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:15px\"><strong>Saturday 7 PM:<\/strong> It\u2019s late. It\u2019s laaaate. Oh my god. Why is it late!? I\u2019ve been waiting for it all week. Is something wrong with me?? I want it to come so badly!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:15px\"><strong>Sunday 3 AM:<\/strong> Um, what\u2019s that wet feeling? I\u2019m too tired to get out of bed and check\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:15px\"><strong>Sunday 10 AM:<\/strong> Can\u2019t stop yawning. Woke up in the middle of the night because my period decided to show up. Thank god though.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:15px\"><strong>Sunday 10:01 AM:<\/strong> I need coffee.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:15px\"><strong>Sunday 10:15 AM:<\/strong> Coffee is awesome. I wish I could make it my boyfriend.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:15px\"><strong>Sunday 11 AM:<\/strong> ARGH now my back hurts. I think I\u2019ll just get back into bed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:15px\"><strong>Sunday 11:30 AM:<\/strong> I\u2019m basically a really, really moody tap.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:15px\"><strong>Monday 8 AM:<\/strong> It\u2019s a new day! I feel so much better! Being a woman is thrilling.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-sounds-familiar-do-you-go-on-this-little-roller-coaster-adventure-every-month-i-sure-do\" style=\"font-size:15px\">Sounds familiar? Do you go on this little roller coaster adventure every month? I sure do!<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:15px\">While it\u2019s great fodder for your girls\u2019 Whatsapp group as you compete for the title of Most Unhinged, moodiness around the time you <a href=\"https:\/\/nuawoman.com\/blog\/category\/menstruation\/\" class=\"ek-link\">menstruate <\/a>can leave you feeling uncentered and lost.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:15px\">To add to it, the reputation Mood Swings have unfairly been assigned can result in you scrambling to make excuses for behaviour you were unable to control in the first place. Instead of spending energies in correcting the false narrative.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-isn-t-it-exhausting-to-be-the-one-feeling-unbalanced-but-also-the-one-to-have-to-manage-it-for-yourself-and-everybody-else\" style=\"font-size:15px\">Isn\u2019t it exhausting? To be the one feeling unbalanced, but also the one to have to manage it for yourself <em>and<\/em> everybody else.&nbsp;<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:15px\">Making strides to ensure the responsibility falls on every human\u2019s shoulders equally might take time, and it\u2019s a journey we want to walk with you on. (Walk only, <em>please<\/em>.
