Mix two tablespoons of apple cider vinegar with a glass of warm water.

How much and how often should you consume it?

Initially, you can have it every morning and then you can slowly increase the frequency to 2-3 times a day just before every meal.

Coconut Oil

Aloe Vera

Cumin (Jeera) Water

Mix 1 teaspoon of green tea or 1 green tea bag in a cup of warm water and add 1 teaspoon of honey.

You can have up to 2-3 cups every day.
